Job Summary:

To focus on creating and maintaining superior customer service, executing sales to generate new business, and build relationships with new and existing clients to include the following duties:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Responsible for supporting a book of existing business and generating new business within the assigned territory.
  • Processes Standard and Emergency Fuel / Lubricant Orders.
  • Provides daily updates of activities into company CRM on existing accounts and new business.
  • Ensures that quotes are processed through the quoting process in a timely manner.
  • Discovering and identifying additional sales opportunities from incoming leads.
  • Facilitate new customer set ups and prepares all documents associated with new business activity to include credit applications and proposals.
  • Facilitate new Fuel Partner set ups to include proper vetting and credit applications.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with new and existing Fuel Partners.
  • Maintains a positive working relationship with team members and management in a team environment.
  • Interfaces with company branches and outside sales by providing customer-order quotes, ship dates and order status information.
  • Confers with Internal / External Dispatch, shipping, warehouse, or other personnel to expedite or trace missing or delayed deliveries.
  • Uses product knowledge to inform customer of unit prices, delivery dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.
  • Follows up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates.
  • Resolves any customer issues/concerns in a Win/Win fashion.
Qualifications
  • At a minimum, a High School diploma plus some advanced education/training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must possess extensive experience (at least 3-5 years) in Sales and Customer service.
  • Fuel/Lubricants experience preferred.
Skills and Abilities
  • Must be friendly, clear speaking and have the ability to work with patience and courtesy in customer relations.
  • Must have computer efficiency including CRM, Microsoft Office, proficient in Excel.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Must have strong communication abilities and be able to interface and work with supervisors, managers and all departments including sales, operations, logistics and finance.
  • Detail oriented and excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Must possess sense of urgency.
  • Team-First Mentality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • 24/7 availability to monitor emails, calls and texts.

Collection Agent - Houston, TX

Job Summary
Moffitt Services is looking for a competent Collection Specialist to contact Customers and collect outstanding invoice payments. We value a balance between maintaining trustful relationships and ensuring timely payments. Our Collection Specialist should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness at all times. You must have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as negotiation skills, with basic knowledge of credit and collection rules and regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Monitor accounts to identify past due amounts
  • Contact Customers to obtain payment status of past due invoices
  • Investigate historical data for disputed invoices
  • Research and resolve disputed invoices

Job Qualifications & Minimum Requirements

CDL Hazmat / Tanker Truck Driver - Houston, TX

Job Requirements
  1. 25 years or older with a minimum of 5 years commercial driving experience with 3 years of tanker driving experience.
  2. Texas Class A or B (commercial) license with the X (Tanker Hazmat) endorsement.
  3. Clean driving record for the past 36 months.
  4. Pass a drug and alcohol test and a physical.
  5. Pass a Criminal Background Check.
  6. High School Diploma or greater.
  7. Friendly Professional Attitude.

Diesel Mechanic - Houston, TX

Job Description

The Diesel Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining diesel equipment operation by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements; correcting vehicle deficiencies; making adjustments and alignments; and keeping records.

Duties may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Performing vehicle maintenance including: hydraulics, air brakes, steering and suspension, lighting, electric, diesel engine, air conditioning, fluid levels and oil changes, and general repairs and maintenance
  • Reconditions and replacing parts
  • May weld and cut parts using arc-welding and flame cutting equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness of shop and equipment
  • Completing maintenance logs and work orders
  • Must have a H.S. Degree/GED and at least 2 years of experience.
  • Must be available nights and weekends
