Recently, his focus has zeroed in on insurance, financing, and, most urgently, technology. As Moffitt Services expanded, Carl witnessed every transformation firsthand. Each phase presented distinct challenges while emphasizing Moffitt’s commitment to success. They learned to leverage technology, utilize part-time staff, and tap into contract resources to boost efficiency and reduce stress. To Carl, the “Moffitt Difference” means, “if we tell you we are going to do something, we are going to find a way to get it done.” The team also prioritizes hiring versatile employees and cross-trains them, ensuring they can step into various roles as needed.

These collaborations offer various avenues for community involvement. Through Boots for Troops, Moffitt contributes by providing signage, filling generators, offering financial support, and co-hosting events that make it possible for Moffitt employees and their families to be involved. According to Carl, the affiliation with Texas Equusearch , “seemed like a natural fit.” Moffitt aids in searches by helping set up command centers, fueling vehicles and generators, and providing ATVs.
Moffitt Updates
Carl shared some exciting projects he’s working on. First, Moffitt is one of eighteen national distributors for Exxon Mobil’s Diesel Efficient Fuel. This benefits businesses with diesel fleets, ensuring seamless operations. The addition of this product can save companies valuable dollars in the long run by safeguarding built-in emissions systems. Additionally, Moffitt is developing a data initiative, a valuable resource for both existing and new customers. This system allows customers to monitor fleet efficiency, oversee usage, and track consumption effectively. The project puts Moffitt at the forefront of fuel tracking related data.
